Grammy-nominated producer, recording/mixing/mastering-engineer, world-famous bassist Keith Jones and recording/mixing, audio post production engineer Carlos Flood have joined forces to bring their talents, the superior sound of A.I.R. Consoles and their combined 40+ years of recording experience to offer you—the professional gigging musician—an affordable option for capturing the magic of your live show.

  • 2009:  Grammy-nominated Co-producer for Contemporary World Music Album, “Da Lion Roars”, with Leon Mobley.

  • 2010:  Mastered Grammy-nominated CD “Waltz for Dylan” by Jazz drummer Kevin Crabb.

  • 2011:  Produced, Recorded and Mixed “The World Will Remember” by Reggae great Dorrel Salmon and The Island Passion Band.  Co-produced, Recorded, Edited, and Mixed “The Storyteller” by Bajialy Cissoko

  • 2012:  Recorded, Edited, Mixed and Mastered “Paper Moon” by Dancing With the Stars guitarist, Greg Poree.

  • Recorded, mixed and/or mastered over 60 major projects since 1997 ranging from Brazilian Jazz to Alternative Rock, Reggae, Jazz, Latin, World Music and many other genres.

  • Recorded and mixed music for film and commercials.

  • Recorded and mixed ambient music for art openings, etc.

  • Specialize in live music, exotic instruments, percussion, and surround sound (5.1) mixing.

Carlos Flood-


​​  Working in LA as a freelance engineer Carlos has recorded and worked with many artist including -  Joey Heredia, Keith Jones, Marco Mendoza, Renato Neto, Billy Sheehan, Karen Briggs, Rayford Griffin, Robert Hurst, Gregg Poree, Ric Fierabracci, Scott Tennant, Ashlin Parker, Brant Cole, Tony Clifton as well as corporate projects including Coca-Cola and BET-Centric Network at Club Nokia. ​

​  From the experience and skills learned as an engineer and mixer for music, Carlos has applied his passion for audio to post-production for film and web.  After completing the audio program at Video Symphony Carlos has worked on projects as a mixer, boom op, sound designer, effects editor, and re-recording mixer.

  As main engineer at Joey Heredia's Groove Gallery Studio, Carlos has been Joey's go to recording and live engineer since 2009.  

  Now as co-founder of Record It Live all the recording and audio experience is brought to you-at your event or show.
